Pre-start of show notes:

1) Make sure "Rec" button (in bottom right of the pre-show window) is set to "on" (should be in green)

3a) Once that countdown finishes, attendees will start to file in. For the next five minutes, welcome folks as they come in, inform them that the class will start proper in "a few minutes", ask them if they can hear you.

Captain Lyte is a genderqueer Filipino American Leatherperson from Jacksonville, Florida. They are a switch and pet who has been in the lifestyle for five years. Their focus in the community is gender inclusivity, cultural intersectionality, and providing a safe space for others through their Leather House Casa de la Unicorn and their position as Secretary in the Pegasus Leather and Levi Club.

I have a few announcements to make about upcoming events and some cool things we're doing here at DK.

Looking at what's upcoming on the Sunday schedule, we have Closing up Your Relationship for "Reasons" (The Potential "Whens" & "Whys") that has started up at 2pm ET on the opposite stage, presented by Renata Leo.

Coming up next on this stage we have a Swinging panel, featuring Mistress Schari, Glidewynd, and Mizzy Bender, moderated by the wonderful Mehgan Sapphire. That panel will be kicking off at 3pm ET.

And even after the final class has ended the night will continue, as our Lounge will be open all evening for socializing.

Dan and dawn have been an alternative lifestyle couple since 2001 and have presented at over 100 events around North America. Not only do they enjoy teaching workshops and classes, they also share via books, specialized events, and fun consent negotiation playing cards! Their books on power exchange and polyamory are based on experience and have been very well received by those communities.

Dan & dawn are also the co-hosts of the Erotic Awakening Podcast, an educational show that explores “all things erotic” since 2011; co-founders of the Columbus Space, an alternative community center; 2016 MAsT International Member’s Choice Presenter of the Year Award winner; Great Lakes region title holders (2010); creators of the Scarlet Sanctuary and Path of the Qadishti (sacred sexuality spaces); featured educators on both Kink Academy and Creative Sexuality; and mentioned in a number of books, articles, and other media.
